ORDER MODES

The Customer can purchase the products present in our e-commerce by fax, mail, telephone or through the online site.

SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES

For the delivery of goods we use the courier G.L.S. which guarantees delivery within 24/48 hours throughout Italy, in other European Countries may take 5 days. Immediately after shipment we will send you the shipping tracking number by e-mail.

The prices of the products are inclusive of VAT and do not include shipping costs that are equal to 16 euros for each shipment, excluding the bulky products to which an additional quota for transport has been added based on the volume-weight of the shipment. By accumulating more items in a single shipment, you can save a lot of transport money, because you only pay for one shipment.

In case of payment by bank transfer, when you send us your order, please send us immediately the RECEIPT OF the BANK TRANSFER by e-mail or fax, we will immediately send the order.

COMPLAINTS

The majority of our items are handmade products made entirely by hand, there may be small imperfections that are not to be considered defects, but a unique feature of a truly handmade product. Any return of goods must be agreed with the sender and returned with original packaging by courier at our expense.

In some cases we ask the customer for a simple photo and we return the broken piece to our expenses, if it is a modular, or the product ordered, all without any burden on the part of the customer, even with due excuse even if the responsibility is to be attributed to the courier.
